Our story / Tokyo, Japan
Small details.
A richer everyday.
A cup brewed just the way you like it. A meal that brings everyone together. A room that feels more like you.
EPEIOS began in Tokyo in 2020 with a simple idea: the things we use every day should bring us more than function. They should bring comfort, delight, and a little inspiration.
Rooted in Japan’s culture of thoughtful making, we bring together design, technology, and the voices of everyday users. From coffee and cooking to lighting and home comfort, every detail is an opportunity to make life feel better.
The thinking behind EPEIOS
Our name takes inspiration from Epeios, the craftsman of Greek mythology. That spirit of ingenuity lives in our approach: looking carefully at ordinary routines, questioning what could work better, and creating objects people enjoy living with. Founded in Japan, we collaborate across borders to bring that vision to life.

Coffee / Everyday rituals
Make room for a slower morning.
The first cup can be more than a habit. It can be a moment that belongs to you.
Read the story
Choose a favorite cup, clear a small corner, and give the ritual your attention. The sound of water, the aroma of coffee, the first sip: ordinary details can make a morning feel different. Our coffee world in Japan brings kettles, grinders, brewers, and glassware together around that simple pleasure.

At home / Thoughtful objects
Objects you love to live with.
A considered shape. A pleasing texture. The details that make a kitchen feel personal.

A kitchen is a living space as much as a working space. We believe the objects in it can earn their place in both ways: useful in the hand, pleasing to the eye. The Explore 700 kettle shown here is one expression of that idea in our Japan collection.

A good book, a familiar chair, a softer light. A restful room does not need to be complicated. Our Japan collection explores these everyday comforts through lighting, textiles, and home appliances, with the same attention we bring to the first cup of the day.
